Executive Coaching Services

Working with individuals and teams to offer space for guided reflection, improve your  leadership skills, identify and plan to achieve specific goals to realise your full potential. These may include managing transition, leadership, stakeholder engagement and career planning.

 

Ngozi is a member of the Association of Coaching. Her coaching offer uses the following approach:

  • Coaching – to put you firmly in the driving seat across all steps.​

  • Listening – to fully understand your unique strengths and where you are right now.​

  • Exploring – to clearly identify what you want to achieve and where you want to go.​

  • Enabling – to help you crisply work out how to get there.​

  • Inspiring – to help you take the appropriate action.​

  • Supporting – to help you make progress and stay on track.​​

  • Celebrating – to applaud your success and agree a road map for the future.

 

Steps which can be customised to suit your specific needs:

​

  • Complimentary session to ensure good fit.​

  • Contracting.​

  • 6 x 2-hour coaching sessions with a review at the end of every session.​

  • 1 hour available between sessions as needed e.g. to prepare for an upcoming meeting or event.​

  • Evaluation and post coaching plan for you to implement at the end of our coaching relationship.
